Core workflows explained

These are the parts of the product users need to understand to use it correctly.

Credits and billing

One credit pays for one complete run. Packs are bought upfront, and the current balance is shown inside the app when you are logged in.

Analysis setup

Before starting a run, define the target date, bankroll and optional filters for countries, leagues, markets and bookmakers.

Reading the output

Completed analyses return main picks, reserve picks, confidence, stake guidance, reasons, risks and match-context links when available.

Swaps and reserve picks

Reserve bets exist to give you controlled alternatives. On completed runs, you can swap reserves into the main shortlist up to the configured limit.

Bankroll workflow

After choosing which bets you will execute, add them to bankroll, update the result later and let the app recalculate your current bankroll.

Profile and security

Your profile area lets you update contact details, country and password without leaving the authenticated workspace.

Common questions and fixes

These answers reflect how the current system behaves today.

I registered, but I still cannot log in.

New accounts must be verified by email before login is accepted. If you registered successfully but access is denied, confirm the verification link first.

The platform says I do not have enough credits.

A new analysis only starts when at least 1 credit is available. Buy credits first, then return to the analysis page and try again.

I clicked start again and the system resumed an older run.

Only one queued or running analysis is allowed per user. If one already exists, the platform resumes it instead of starting a second job in parallel.

My analysis failed after filtering.

This usually means the selected filters left too little quality volume for a valid run. Broaden countries, leagues or markets and try again.

What are reserve picks for

Reserve picks are alternate approved bets saved alongside the main shortlist. They exist so you can rotate one into the main list without rerunning the whole analysis.

Where do Flashscore or SofaScore links appear

External match links are attached to completed analyses and also reused in bankroll/history when available, so you can validate context quickly from the same workflow.

How do I settle a bankroll bet correctly

Update the result to won, lost, push, pending or cashout. For cashout, enter the real profit manually because it does not follow the normal win/loss formula.

How fast does support reply

The contact page states a response target of up to 24 business hours. Use it for account, payment or technical issues that are not solved by the guides below.

When to contact support

Use direct support when the product is not behaving as expected, not just when you need orientation.

Account and access

Use support if verification emails do not arrive, login keeps failing after verification, or your account status looks wrong.

Payments and credits

Reach out if a checkout succeeds but your credit balance does not update, or if you need help choosing the right package.

Analysis issues

Contact support when a run gets stuck, fails unexpectedly, or returns behavior that does not match the selected inputs.
